Experience

Orbit NTNU

Electrical Engineer (Jan 2024 - June 2024)
Orbit NTNU is a student organization developing satellites. In the Electronic Systems Team I learnt coding in a team and simulating Verilog HDL as Orbit NTNU is in the process of implementing an FPGA into one of the next satellites that will go to space!

SatCom Engineer (Sep 2022 - Dec 2023)
In the first year of being part of the Satellite Communications Team I spent most of my time getting used to all of the fundamentals such as working professionally in a team/organization and working self-dependently. I also taught myself the basics of web-development: jacobperezwibe.site/SatWeather/

Other Experience

Nidaros Domkirkes Restaureringsarbeider

Guide (May 2024 - June 2025)
As a tour guide of a historic cathedral, I developed public speaking skills and the ability to present complex information clearly. Conveying architectural details and historical facts to diverse audiences honed my ability to communicate technical concepts effectively. This experience has also enhanced my organizational and teamwork skills, as well as being able to work effectively in stressful situations.

Trondheim Friidrett

Track&Field Coach (Dec 2022 - June 2024)
My role encompassed coaching and creating training programs mostly related to running for 10-12 year old children and preparing them for track competitions. Here I have gathered important skills such as teamwork, long-term planning and motivating others.

Pre-Academic Life

This section is included as I believe it is relevant to understand me as a person. My formative years included schooling in diverse international environments:

Sportschule Potsdam

2019-2022, Potsdam, Germany
I completed my schooling (Abitur) in German at this specialized institution for aspiring professional athletes. This unique environment instilled in me strong discipline, dedication, and the ability to balance intense training with academic demands.

Max Beckmann Oberschule

2018-2019, Berlin, Germany
Here, I attended a bilingual class (English and German) and quickly learned to adapt to a new country and educational system after moving from London to Berlin.

German School in London

2012-2018, London, UK
My early schooling continued here from 4th grade, where an international environment broadened my network at a young age and further developed my adaptability due to an earlier international move from Berlin to London. Before this, I also lived in Norway, Guatemala and Pakistan.
